Caring Connections® was founded in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in May 2000 to serve the needs of fragile adults and their families. Having witnessed the difficulties that many families face while trying to provide for their aging loved ones, Louise Magoon, R.N., M.S.N., decided to turn her years of nursing experience toward providing advocacy, education and support for families in need.
Our business has grown tremendously since its inception, adding services in response to the needs of our clients. Caring Connections remains committed to ensuring the health and happiness of our aging clients, as well as the peace of mind of their families.

Support for Family/Caregivers
- Home visits with reports to family
- Information on respite care and community resources
- Supervision and evaluation of contracted services
- Vacation back-up: making visits when family members are out of town
